	Dutch Cadet Class Association The Dutch Cadet Class Association (DCCA) was founded in 1973. It has since produced a number of successful international as well as Olympic sailors. The DCCA organizes regattas and supports the Dutch regional squadrons. Its board consists of parents of competing sailors.
